Complaint procedures

Our complaints procedure is thorough and strictly followed regardless of the nature of complaint. This process is in place to ensure the credibility of the Award is maintained at all times. If there is something you are not satisfied with then we would like to hear from you. We will deal with any type of complaint including for example:

  • Issues concerning food provided at an award holding site.
  • Assessment/Quality assurance visits.
  • Delivery and/or management of the award.

If after our response you are still not satisfied or feel that the procedure has not been followed, you have the right to then appeal the decision. Read our Appeals procedure for further information.
