The Scottish Diet – Bringing lasting change to Scotland’s diet A One Day Conference Monday 17th May 2010, Glasgow In 1996, the Department of Human Nutrition, University of Glasgow held one of the very first conferences on Working Together – The Scottish Diet Action Plan. Fourteen years on they are revisiting this topic and focusing on what has happened to our diet since then, progress made and looking at future ways to improve the diet and health of the Scottish population. The programme will be delivered by leading experts who will provide knowledge updates and practical information as well as debating the hottest topics of the moment in relation to the Scottish diet.
