New staff training guide now available

A new staff training presentation is now available in the members' area.

For your site to gain the healthyliving award, both kitchen and front-of-house staff must be aware of the award and the healthier catering practices you are using.

The presentation covers basic aspects of healthy eating and how small changes to cooking practices can make a lasting difference to the health of customers.

The training guide is an interactive PowerPoint presentation. It has been developed for use in a group training session, however it is also possible to work through it on your own.
