Customer Feedback Forms – Issues with receiving emails
We have noticed through our online Customer Feedback Forms that some emails are not being received or are being sent and held in “junk mail” folders – this may be a result of our nhs.net accounts.
We have made an amendment to our emails which will now be delivered via our own HLA database system – you should now receive emails from @iportinstant.com
Hopefully this will resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor this over the next 4 weeks.
