Valuing your feedback

The feedback survey is a short survey that we send out to all caterers shortly after achievement of the healthyliving award. This short survey asks recent award winners about their experience of the award, award processes and the award team. By completing the survey this informs and enables us to provide our customers with the best support and resources to deliver the award. We are investigating whether a digital version should be introduced.

How our customers choose to complete this form will be their own preference during the pilot. New award holders will be given the option of both versions.
