Turkey and three-bean chilli
 
Serves
4 to 6. 
Ingredients
- 300g fresh turkey mince 200g mixed beans (kidney,cannellini and pinto). 
- 1 onion - diced. 
- 2 tbsp of chilli flakes. 
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika. 
- 1 tbsp ground cumin seeds. 
- 2 crushed garlic cloves. 
- 2 tbsp tomato puree. 
- 350mls passata. 
- 2 red peppers - diced. 
- Pinch of mixed herbs. 
- Cracked black pepper. 
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.  
Method
- Heat oil in the pan and sweat the onions and peppers.
- Add in the turkey mince and brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on a low heat for 25 minutes.
- Serve with fluffy boiled rice or a hot baked potato.
