  • A. Several reasons: to show customers that my range is healthy; to add value to my brand and make the most of PR opportunities; and to give consumers a choice.

  • A. Yes, it’s really helped me think about recipes and look for healthier alternatives.

  • A. Yes, as it makes it easy for customers to pinpoint healthy choices on the menu.
