Ann Doyle and partner David Wilson are owners of Creelers of Skye, an award-winning seafood restaurant based in Broadford on the Isle of Skye. We asked Ann and David about their experience of the healthyliving award:

  • Q. What were your main reasons for applying for the healthyliving award?
  • A. It has always been our aim to promote health. As restaurateurs this has been possible and has been proven successful by the number of returning customers and nice comments on the healthyliving choices - especially for their children.
  • Q. Do you feel that working towards and achieving the award has been worthwhile?
  • A. Yes. There’s always something new to learn, and the whole award, both before and after, has been helpful.
  • Q. Would you recommend the healthyliving award to other caterers?
  • A. Yes. It is the way of the future and what customers really want.
