Most types of food service outlet in Scotland can sign up for the healthyliving award. Registration is free and you will receive all the support materials and guidance you need. So why not register now, and discover the advantages for yourself?

Current award winners and those registering for the award have stated that the introduction of healthier choices will help meet their customers’ demands and also give them public recognition for their efforts.

Feeling ScotHot-Hot!

The healthyliving award will be represented at ScotHot from 26 to 28 February 2007 at the SECC in Glasgow. ScotHot is Scotland’s largest exhibition for the foodservice and hospitality sectors.

We’ll be based at stand 4743, where caterers and the foodservice industry can learn all about the healthyliving award and how to get involved.

A new multi-media DVD will soon be available to help caterers put the healthyliving award guidelines into practice. The DVD features well-known food consultant, Wendy Barrie, demonstrating how to adapt preparation and cooking methods to meet the award criteria.

It will be sent out to all establishments that have registered for the award
