Peter McCafferty is a Manager for Aramark at Daiwa Sports, a company specialising in fishing equipment. Peter told us what he thinks of the award and the benefits it has brought.

  • Q. What were your main reasons for applying for the healthyliving award?
  • A. More people are looking for a healthy option at their place of work, and by gaining a recognised award it lets people know that there are healthier options available to them and that healthier food no longer means bland food. It also tastes great!
  • Q. Do you feel that working towards and achieving the award has been worthwhile?
  • A. Yes. We cater for visitors from all around the world and they all ask about the healthyliving signage. The staff feel good and they are proud to tell them about the award.
  • Q. Would you recommend the healthyliving award to other caterers?
  • A. Yes. It is the first thing that I look for when I enter other establishments. All catering companies should have or should be working towards the award!
